The Fox Theatre requires a $250.00 fee to convert a room set-up
(e.g. wedding ceremony to a wedding reception) within the
same ballroom.
The Fox Theatre's preferred caterer is Affairs
to Remember. We will be happy to have Affairs to Remember
contact you regarding your food service, or if you prefer
you may call them directly at (404) 872-7859.
A kitchen usage fee of $250.00 will be charged whenever
a caterer is used for an event. This fee is waived if the
preferred caterer is used. A dishwashing
machine is available for a fee of $150.00 and includes the
operator.
The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated
by the Georgia State Liquor Commission. As a licensee, the
Fox Theatre is responsible for the administration of these
regulations.
It is a policy, therefore, that liquor, beer and wine from
outside sources cannot be brought
into the Theatre.
In order to assess damages, if any, a walk-thru will take
place at the completion of each event's load-out.
Full payment of the rental is due with the signing of the
Rental Agreement. All other payments are due according to
the schedule in the Rental Agreement. Please be sure that
you make arrangements to pay unforeseen or additional charges
at the end of your event. The balance of funds, if any, are
due and payable upon receipt of service.
The Fox Theatre does not invoice.
A 5% fee will be added to all credit card payments and is
nonrefundable.
All properly licensed and insured caterers are welcome at The Fox Theatre.
If you wish to use a caterer other than the Fox Theatre's
preferred caterer, the following documents will be required:

A baby grand piano is available at a flat rate of $200.00
per event (based on availability), which includes tuning on
the day of the event.
The Fox Theatre can provide up to six sets of
white cotton linens (skirt & drape) for registration tables
at no charge. Additional six-foot linens may be rented at
a cost of $24.00 per table. Linens must be requested one week
prior to the event.
20A outlets are available throughout our facility. If additional
electrical needs are necessary an electrical permit will be
required and is $200.00 plus $10.00 for each tie-in. If permit
is needed by next day, a fee of $250.00 will be charged, plus
$10.00 for each additional tie-in.
A CD player (not including CDs) and
speaker system is available in either ballroom for background
music at no charge. The theatre can also assist you in renting
a basic sound system, which includes soundboard, speakers,
CD player, podium, and one wired microphone. Any additional
audio/visual equipment must be rented from an outside source.
The Fox Theatre podium, without a microphone, may be rented
for a fee of $75.00.
Phone lines are available in
either ballroom for a fee of $150.00 per line. Additional
funds may be held in escrow to cover any long distance fees.
Coat check attendants are available at a rate of $30.00 per
hour, per attendant. There is a minimum of 4 hours.
Reserved parking can be arranged, payable in advance, based on availability. Reserved
parking is located at the Lanier parking garages.
A personalized message can be displayed on The Fox Theatre marquee, based on availability, at a rate of $150.00 per day. Your message will rotate with other messages of the day, beginning one hour before your event and ending one hour afterwards. A graphic or logo (some restrictions apply) can be incorporated into your message for an additional $50.00.
Event security is available, provided by an independent security
firm. Security is required to be on duty 30 minutes prior
to the event start time. There is a 4-hour minimum. Extra
uniformed Atlanta Police Officers can be requested at a rate
of $32.50 per hour plus a 31.5% administrative fee. There
is a 4-hour minimum.
An Atlanta Fire Marshal is available at the rate of $35.00
per hour plus a 31.5% administrative fee. There is a 4-hour
minimum. The fire marshal is required to be present at any
event that uses fog or haze for special effects.
Should your event require cleaning staff over and above the
standard service offered, an additional fee will be charged.
Street permits for unloading large deliveries are available
for Ponce de Leon Avenue, based on availability. Permits must
be submitted for approval at least two weeks prior to the
event. Street permit staffing fees will apply.
The Fox Theatre does not allow wax candles to be used in the
ballrooms. Votive candles with enclosed oil wicks may be used
instead. Oil wick votive candles (including insert) are available
for rent at a cost of $3.00 each. Oil wick inserts are available
for purchase at a cost of $1.50 each.
Docents are available at a cost of $100.00 each to give rotating
tours of the theatre, subject
to theatre availability.
The Fabulous Fox Theatre offers full service bar facilities with a well-trained professional staff and an extensive selection of fine wines, liquors, cordials and non-alcoholic beverages. Our service options allow you to select a plan that will best suit your needs.

There are three beverage service plans to choose from: hosted by the drink, hosted by the hour, and cash bar. All plans include liquor (choice of call or premium brands), imported and domestic beer, Fabulous Fox house wines, soft drinks, juices, bottled and sparkling water, mixers, garnishes, napkins and glassware.
Cordials, martinis, and other specialty drinks are available upon request. For each plan, a set-up fee of $75.00 per bartender and $50.00 per bar back will be charged for the first four hours of service. For each additional hour, an hourly overtime rate of $15.00 per bartender and $8.00 per bar back will be charged. Bar service personnel is based on 1 bartender per 100 guests for the hosted bars and 1 bartender per 125 guests for cash bar service, with one bar back for every two bartenders.
For parties of 400 guests or more, or a bar estimate of $10,000.00 or more, there will be one bar back per bartender. A hosted bar minimum will apply for events taking place on any Saturday evening and both Friday and Saturday evenings in the month of December. There is a $1,000.00 refundable beverage deposit on all hosted bars.
This plan is based on actual consumption and will reflect the amount of product poured. All hosted bar prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 8% sales tax.
This plan is based on the number of guests in attendance and on the number of hours the bars are open. A minimum of two hours is required for the purchase of the hourly plan. Prices do not include passed drink service or poured wine service for seated dinners. All hosted bar prices are subject to a 20% service charge and 8% sales tax.

For events in the Landmarks Lounge, there is a bar setup fee of $100.00 for the first four hours of service. For each additional hour, the overtime rate is $15.00 per hour. The hosted by the hour option is not available in the Landmarks Lounge. The Landmarks Lounge is adjacent to the theatre and has the same cash bar pricing as the theatre.
