OVERTIME
If access should exceed the nine-hour time frame, overtime charges shall apply at $250.00
per hour.
KITCHEN FEE
A kitchen usage fee of $250.00 will be charged whenever a caterer is used for an event. This fee is waived if the preferred or featured caterer is used. A dishwashing machine is available for a fee of $150.00 and includes the operator.
CATERERS
Properly licensed and insured caterers are welcome at the Fox Theatre, subject to prior approval.

E. Tenants Liability Coverage
II. Health Department Documents
A. Food Service Establishment Inspection Report and Health Department Permit (most current).
III. Licenses
A. Most current business license - State of Georgia
B. Department of Revenue - Sales and Use of Tax Division
C. Appropriate business licenses from local Government
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
An additional refundable damage deposit of $500.00 per ballroom and $200.00 for the Landmarks Lounge must be pre-paid. In order to assess damages, if any, a walk-through will take place at the completion of each event’s load-out.
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
Full payment of the rental fee is due with the signing of the Rental Agreement. All other payments are due according to the schedule in the Rental Agreement. The balance of funds, if any, is due and payable upon receipt of service. THE FOX THEATRE DOES NOT INVOICE.
A 5% fee will be added to all credit card payments and is nonrefundable.
ROOM CONVERSION
The Fox Theatre requires a $250.00 fee to convert a room set-up (e.g. wedding ceremony to a wedding reception) within the same ballroom.
WEDDING REHEARSAL
With the rental of a Fox Theatre ballroom for a wedding ceremony, we offer a complimentary one-hour rehearsal. The rehearsal is scheduled no more than two months prior to the wedding date and based on room availability. Rehearsals that exceed one hour will incur overtime charges.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
Should your event require cleaning over and above the standard service included in the rental fee, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
MARQUEE
A personalized message for your private event can be displayed on the Fox Theatre marquee, based on availability, at a rate of $150.00 per day. Your message will rotate with other messages of the day, beginning one hour before your event and ending one hour afterward. A graphic or logo (some restrictions apply) can be incorporated into your message for an additional $50.00.
SPECIAL ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
20 amp outlets are available throughout our facility. For any additional electrical needs, an electrical permit will be required at a fee of $250.00 per day. Permits must be ordered at least one week prior to your event.
AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT AND PODIUM
A CD player (not including CDs) and speaker system is available in the Egyptian Ballroom and Grand Salon for background music at no charge. The theatre can also assist you in renting a basic sound system, which includes soundboard, speakers, CD player, podium, and one wired microphone. Any additional audio/visual equipment must be rented from an outside source. The Fox Theatre podium, without a microphone, may be rented separately.
PHONE LINES AND INTERNET ACCESS
Phone lines and internet access are available in either ballroom for an additional fee. Additional funds may be held in escrow to cover any long distance fees.
STREET PERMITS
Street permits for unloading large deliveries are available on Ponce de Leon Avenue, based on availability. Permits must be submitted for approval at least two weeks prior to the event. Street permit staffing fees will apply.
SECURITY AND POLICE OFFICERS
Event security is available, provided by an independent security firm. Security is required to be on duty 30 minutes prior to the event start time. There is a 4-hour minimum. Extra uniformed Atlanta Police Officers can be requested for an additional fee. There is a 4-hour minimum.
FIRE MARSHAL
An Atlanta Fire Marshal is available for an additional fee. There is a 4-hour minimum. The fire marshal is required to be present at any event that uses fog or haze for special effects.
COAT CHECK
Coat check attendants are available at a rate of $30.00 per hour, per attendant. There is a 4-hour minimum.
RESERVED PARKING
Reserved parking can be arranged, payable in advance, based on availability.
PIANO
A baby grand piano is available to rent at a flat rate of $200.00 per event, based on availability, which includes tuning on the day of the event.
LINENS
The Fox Theatre is not able to provide linens for round tables. We can assist you with renting linens for six-foot rectangular tables. Linen rentals must be requested one week prior to the event.
VOTIVE CANDLES
The Fox Theatre does not allow wax candles to be used in the ballrooms. Votives with enclosed oil wicks may be used instead. Oil wick votive candles (including insert) are available for rental at a cost of $3.00 each. Oil wick inserts are available for purchase at a cost of $1.50 each.
TOURS
Tour docents are available at a cost of $100.00 each to give rotating tours of the theatre, subject to theatre availability.
