All sales are final, and there are no cancellations. Please
be specific when placing your order, and review all items
in your cart before entering you credit card information.
Once your card is processed, you have agreed to our terms
and conditions and have agreed to purchase all items in your
cart. Damaged merchandise will be exchanged for the same item
or for a store credit. The Fox Theatre will reimburse the
cost to ship the damaged item back to us for replacement.

Please include with the damaged item:
*Your copy of the original order
*A request for a replacement item, or credit
*Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
so we can contact you if necessary
*Your return will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving
the damaged items. Please note the turn around time is reflective
of business hours, Monday through Friday.
*All damaged items must be returned within 30 days of the
original purchase in order to qualify. After 30 days, damaged
goods are a final sale.
*The Fox Theatre understands that special circumstance will

Shipping and Delivery Policy/Date:
Foxtheatre.org ships our merchandise via UPS and the UPS OnLine®
Tools Tracking. Customers track their shipments directly from
our gift shop using your reference or order number. Shipping
costs are calculated by the weight of the items, and the location
they are being shipped to. The total cost for shipping includes
a standard handling fee set by The Fox. All orders are processed
and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Orders
placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 2-3
days of the following business day.
We offer two types of shipping methods
and delivery times:
Standard: UPS Ground 5-7 days
Overnight: UPS Next Day Air
* If you ship to - Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico an additional
$15.00 charge will apply.
** For Shipments outside the United States an email will be
sent to you with shipping charges for approval prior to the
order being processed.
*** We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Any credit, refunds or resolution issues regarding customers'
purchases via on-line Foxtheatre.org gift shop are the sole
discretion of the Manger on duty. We make every attempt to
ensure your order is processed correctly and accurately and
is delivered as promised.
The foxtheatre.org and Atlanta Landmarks, Inc. values our
patrons and the many visitors to our website; we pride ourselves
on providing outstanding customer service.
