The Fox Theatre is dedicated to providing persons
with disabilities a comfortable and enjoyable theatre experience. In fact,
we have established several programs which are described herein to help
people with disabilities enjoy all the events presented in The Fox Theatre.
In addition to training all staff members concerning the needs
of disabled patrons and amenities of the Fox relating thereto, the Fox
has designated one full-time staff member to act as special liaison to
the disabled community. This liaison is available to provide information
and answer questions for disabled patrons and their families on such topics
as the location and price of wheelchair-accessible and special audience
seats and the existence of other programs for the disabled. The liaison
likewise is available to assist those patrons who experience difficulty
in purchasing tickets reserved for disabled patrons, for whatever reason.
The current designated liaison is Ken Shook, Patron
Services Director.
He may be reached at (404) 881-2118. Mr. Shook's office is equipped
with a TDD phone to assist hearing impaired patrons, (404) 881-2082.
The Fox also has in place an Ambassador Program that is intended
to provide assistance to our patrons with disabilities, their families
and friends at performances.
Ambassadors are located in the Spanish Room at the Guest Relations Table
during performances. These ambassadors can assist you with any information
and special services that are discussed in this brochure.
If you have any questions about any of these services,
please call the
Ambassador Program at (404) 881-2118.
The Fox Theatre does not own or operate parking facilities; however,
a number of pay parking lots surround The Fox Theatre. The cost of parking
is usually $4 to $10.
Please be aware that some of the parking lots do not provide an attendant
at all times.
You may wish to avoid parking in these lots as cars are subject
to vandalism and damage when lots are unattended. Accessible street corner
curbs are located at all corners leading to the main entrance of the Fox
Theatre.

From Five Points, take the Northbound Train to the North Avenue Station.
The Fox Theatre is conveniently located one block east of the North Avenue

these two locations have accessible curbs to reach the Fox Theatre entrance.

from Peachtree Street through our arcade. An accessible box office is
available at the main ticket counter. Tickets may be purchased in person
at the box office, by phone, or at any TICKETMASTER
