Interested in attending a show at the Fox? Let us help you buy tickets for individual shows or go as a group!
Due to the current pandemic, the Fox Theatre Ticket Office presented by Regions will remain closed for walk-up, sales. During events, the Ticket Office opens two hours prior to showtime. Tickets purchased at the office will be subject to all fees and charges. Doors to the Fox and Will Call open one hour prior to show time.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PATRONS MUST HAVE A TICKET, REGARDLESS OF AGE, TO ENTER THE THEATRE.
Ticket Office Hours
- The Fox Theatre Ticket Office presented by Regions located in the Arcade off Peachtree St. is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 situation. Please call 855-285-8499 Monday - Sunday 10AM - 6PM to purchase tickets by phone.
- Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm
- Saturday - 10am-3pm
- Sunday - the Ticket Office is not open on Sundays unless there is a performance that day

Ticketing + COVID- 19 FAQS
What happens if my event is canceled due to COVID-19?
If you ordered your tickets online or over the phone, we have you covered! No additional action is needed and you won't need to reach out to us.
You will be notified that the event is canceled via email from [email protected]
Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase
Please note that you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 10 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, or purchased via a 3rd party(Stubhub, Vivid Seats etc), the refund will go to the patron who originally bought the tickets from The Fox Theatre.
What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled due to COVID-19?
When events are postponed or rescheduled, you will be contacted via email from [email protected] with the new event information as soon as we are updated.
Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date.
If your event is postponed, note that we are working with the event organizer to identify new dates, and we will contact you as soon as we have confirmation.
If your event has been rescheduled and the event's organizer is offering refunds, we will provide that information as soon as the new date is announced.
Late Seating Policy
Please be aware that latecomers may be seated in the rear of the auditorium until intermission for certain performances.

To purchase tickets by phone please call 855-285-8499. The call center is open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday through Sunday (excluding national holidays).
How do I get season tickets?
Can I use Gift Cards for anything at the Fox?
Fox Theatre Gift Cards may be redeemed at the Fox Theatre Ticket Office, Fox Merchandise Kiosk, and Concession terminals.

Booster seats are available free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please ask an usher for assistance.

What is Paperless Ticketing?
Paperless ticketing is an alternative delivery method to Print At Home, Mail, UPS, or Will Call
Pick Up. Instead of receiving your tickets ahead of the event, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. All you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID or
Why can’t I just get printed tickets?
Paperless ticketing limits scalpers access to tickets and helps ensure that only fans can purchase tickets and attend the event. Paperless tickets have been used successfully at many large events and customers comment that this process was very easy.
How does it work?
When you arrive at the venue, just go directly to the main entrance, present the credit card used to purchase the tickets and government issued ID. The usher will swipe the credit card
and since all the seats are assigned to a single credit card, your entire party must enter the
venue at the same time.
Is it difficult to get into the venue?
Not at all. If you have your credit card and government issued ID ready to go, entry is just as
fast or even faster if there are several people in your group.
How do I find my seat?
Once your credit card is scanned and validated, a seat locator slip will be printed for each
seat in your order.
May I use a “Virtual Credit Card” to make online purchases?
No. Virtual credit cards will not work, since you will need to present your physical credit card
at the time of entry.
What if I’m not going to the show, but I purchased the tickets?
If you bought the tickets for a friend or family member, you will need to take them to the entry
gate and still present your credit card and government-issued ID.
What if I want to buy tickets for someone else in another state and can’t get to the venue for the day of the event?
To ensure that the tickets remain in the hands of the fan, paperless ticketing requires that that cardholder who purchased the tickets presents their credit card at the door for admission. We would advise you to have the person, who will be attending the show, purchase the tickets
themselves with their credit card and then you can reimburse them.
What if my credit card expires before the event?
As long as you have the expired card or have received a replacement card with the same
account number ahead of the event, you won’t have any trouble.
What if I don’t have or I lose my credit card before the event?
If you do not have a credit card with the same account number as the one used to make the purchase, you will need to go to the box office will call window on the day of the event for alternative handling of your situation. In this case, please be sure to bring a print out of your confirmation email or online order history and your government issued ID. The box office will verify that the name associated with the order matches the name on the government issued ID. If they do not match, entry will be denied. In all other cases, entry without your credit card will be at the discretion of each venue.
What if my credit card can’t be properly scanned at the gate?
You are still required to present the credit card so that the gate agent may attempt to scan it.
If the scan fails, then the number can be manually entered, so long as the name on the credit
card matches your government issued ID.
