Membership Exchange & Refund Policy
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

As a valued member, you may request ticket exchanges as part of your membership benefits. Please note:

  • Exchanges into higher-priced tickets will require payment of the price difference.

  • No refunds will be issued for exchanges into lower-priced tickets.

Exchange requests may be submitted at any time to your Premium Concierge team using the contact information provided below. Requests made on the day of a performance are subject to a late fee.
