All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Exchange requests may be submitted at any time before the deadline to your Premium Concierge team using the contact information provided above. Deadlines for each performance run will be emailed to the member in advance. Requests made on the day of a performance are subject to a late fee.

As a valued member, you may request ticket exchanges as part of your membership benefits. Please note:
Exchanges into higher-priced tickets will require payment of the price difference.
No refunds will be issued for exchanges into lower-priced tickets.
